Magical Season October 15, 2008

Filed under: Cards,Close To My Heart,Kit, Jax, and Mittens — JC @ 6:00 pm

The last time I used Fun Flock, I put it on Christmas trees thinking it would look snowy. Wrong! My daughter said it just looked weird. So here’s my second Fun Flock attempt:

Snowflake Kisses October 14, 2008

Filed under: Cards,Close To My Heart,Kit, Jax, and Mittens — JC @ 6:00 pm

This was a card I made with my card club this past weekend. I’ve had the stamp set for a while and wanted to use it, but it kind of just sat on my desk. Sat and waited. And waited and waited. Anybody out there know what I mean? It took the last-minute “I need a card quick” boost before it got used.

Snowflake Kisses
All items from Close To My Heart:
Stamp sets: Annotations, Snowflake Kisses, Ritzy Ribbon
Inks: Crystal Blue, Heavenly Blue, Amethyst
Papers: Amethyst, Heavenly Blue, Crystal Blue, White Daisy cardstock
Other: Prisma Glitter, corner rounder

Here’s a close-up so you can see the glitter. I just put little spots of it:

And Kit’s leg says,

“Back! Stay back, before I take the claws out.”
